ble from the congress registration counter located at East
Convention Level Lobby.

Please expect yourself a possible waiting time of up to 30
minutes when picking up your badge on Thursday.
The congress counter will be divided into the follow-

Pre-registration paid
Participants who have already registered and paid for the
congress will receive their documents here.
Pre-registration unpaid
Participants who have already registered for the congress,
but have not paid yet, will receive their documents here.
Your World Federation membership fee can be paid at
the on-site registration and at the pre-registration unpaid
counter, too.
Tourism Vancouver
The Tourism Vancouver experts will help you to enhance
your experience of the city. The information counter is
located in the registration area.

On-site registration
On-site registration will be processed on a first-come, first-
served basis. Priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.
Certificate of Attendance
Please hand in your evaluation form at the counter for a
certificate of attendance.
Name Badges
All participants are requested to wear their name badges
at all times during the congress. The colours of the name
badges have the following significance:
