Registration Fee for IAP and ESP Members, Non-Mem-

Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes:

Half day city sightseeing tour of Cologne
Please note that accompanying persons do not have
access to the scientific sessions, the poster exhibition and
the technical exhibition.
Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to
arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle
the participants to receive a delegate bag and abstract docu-
ment. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-
served basis; priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding
payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to
the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please
present this confirmation of registration at the congress
counter when picking up your congress material.

WHO IS WHO
Their consent provided, delegates will be given the possi-
bility to have their name, institution, city and country listed
in the list of participants published on the internet. Upon
request a direct link to the homepage of the participant or
his / her institution can be installed.

PAYMENT
When registering for the XXXI International Congress of the
International Academy of Pathology and the 28

Congress
of the European Society of Pathology, please arrange pay-
ment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in
EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. We
strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for
bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of ori-
gin and a second time in the target country.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, please notify the congress of-
fice CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A full refund
(minus an administrative charge of EUR 100,00) will be
given for cancellations received by 20 May 2016. After
20 May 2016, no refunds will be given.

Please note that the member fee can only be granted if you are a member of the IAP or ESP at the time of registration. If you are not a
member yet, you need to apply for membership first and once you have received your IAP or ESP membership confirmation, you can
register at the member fee.
