SPEAKERS’ CENTRE The Speakers’ Centre is located in East Meeting Room 10. Speakers are asked to hand in their USB stick containing the PowerPoint presentation (IBM format or compatible, no multisession) preferably one day before their presenta- tion, but at the latest three hours prior to the presentation. On-site technical staff will offer support. Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own notebook. In the Speakers’ Centre there are sev- eral PC working stations, where speakers can also work on their presentation charts in a quiet area. Technical staff will be happy to assist. Posters will be changed daily and are on display for the entire day of the respective poster tour. They will be sorted by topics and will be numbered within those topics. The poster ex- hibition is open to all registered delegates: Poster exhibition times for P-01 to P-07 Monday, 3 June 2019 09:00–17:00 P-08 to P-28 Tuesday, 4 June 2019 09:00–17:00 P-29 to P-45 Wednesday, 5 June 2019 09:00–17:00 Set-up and dismantling times for posters Posters need to be set up and dismantled on the day of the respective poster tour within the following times: Set-up: 08:00 – 09:00 Dismantling: 17:00 – 18:00 Posters which have not been removed will be disposed of. Poster material to put up the poster is available at the registration counter. PROGRAM CHANGES The organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in the congress program due to external or unforeseen cir- cumstances. FOOD & BEVERAGE OPTIONS The Coal Harbour Café, located on the ground floor of the Vancouver Convention Centre East, serves breakfast sand- wiches, coffee/tea, baked goods and paninis. Its opening hours are from 7:00–17:00. There is access to the food court from the East Building lobby, which has plenty of hot food options. CASH MACHINE There are two ATMs/cash machines located in the Van- couver Convention Centre East building. One is beside the Information Desk in the Lobby, the other is in the Del- egate Concourse, beside the Ballroom A doors. FIRST AID In case of emergency, please contact the registration counter. CURRENCY The official Canadian currency is the Canadian Dollar CAD. Exchange of foreign currency is available at Vancou- ver International Airport and at most hotels, banks and exchange offices throughout the city. VISA Visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to Canada need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid visa.
