Wireless Lan
Wireless LAN/Wi-Fi is installed free of
charge from Monday, 23 June until Wednes-
day, 25 June 2014 in the East Exhibition
Hall B. The SSID is CINP 2014.
Poster Exhibition
Posters are allocated to 51 poster session
groups (P-01 to P-51) in the East Exhibition
Hall B on level 1. Posters will be changed
daily and are on display for the entire day
of the according poster tour. They will be
sorted by topics and will be numbered with-
in those topics.
High-qualified poster submissions have been
chosen as Rafaelsen Award posters (RA).
These posters will be presented during the
entire time of the poster exhibition.
In addition, late breaking posters LP-01 to
LP-03 will be displayed daily.
The poster exhibition is open to all regis-
tered delegates:

Interested participants can meet the authors
for discussions of their posters during the
time of the poster tour, daily from
17:15–18:45.
Posters need to be set up and dismantled on
the day of the respective poster sessions
within the following times:
Hanging:
On the day of display between
08:00 and 09:00.
Removal:
On the day of display between
18:45 and 19:30.
Posters which have not been removed will be
disposed of.
Poster Awards
Clinical, translational, and basic neurosci-
ence research awards are given. Those pre-
senting the best posters receive a certificate.
These awards serve to encourage young sci-
entists (under 35) who are actively involved
in clinical and preclinical research. The final
selection of Poster Awards will be made on
the basis of the study’s scientific excellence
during the congress. The awards will be
handed out during the closing ceremony on
Thursday, 26 June 2014.
Programme Changes
The organisers cannot assume liability for
any changes in the congress programme due
to external or unforeseen circumstances.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom can be used free of charge from
Sunday, 22 June through Thursday, 26 June
2014. The cloakroom is located in the main
entrance foyer of Vancouver Convention
Centre. Delegates can also store their lug-
gage there.
