WFSBP 2019 48 General Information CURRENCY The official currency is the Canadian Dollar CAD. Ex- change of foreign currency is available at Vancouver Inter- national Airport and at most hotels, banks and exchange offices throughout the city. EXHIBITION Poster Exhibition Posters will be displayed from Monday, 3 June to Thursday, 6 June 2019 in the East Exhibit Hall A next to the technical exhibition. Each congress day there will be one Guided Poster Tour with the best posters only. The posters selected for the Guided Poster Tour will be displayed in a special area of the congress centre. During the review of the ab- stracts, which is done by the Local Organizing Committee, the reviewers will indicate the candidates for the Guided Poster Tours. All other posters will be displayed for one entire congress day and grouped according to topics. Information regarding poster format, set-up and disman- tling will be sent to the authors along with their notifica- tion of acceptance. Technical Exhibition The WFSBP Congress 2019 will be accompanied by a major technical exhibition taking place in the East Exhib- it Hall A of the Vancouver Convention Centre. This booking link is available on the congress website and includes a comprehensive description of each hotel, including photos and a map of Vancouver that will indicate the best way to the Vancouver Convention Centre. Individual Reservations (Maximum 9 rooms) Individual reservations for up to 9 rooms can only be made through the fully secured WFSBP hotel booking website. An immediate confirmation will be sent by email. Notifications of cancellations and changes can be made online or in writing to the Housing Secretariat. Group Reservations (10 Rooms or more) Group reservations for 10 rooms or more can be con- tracted with the Housing Secretariat.
