All participants are kindly requested to wear their name
badge at all times during the congress including the
Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE /CME CERTIFICATES
For certificates of attendance and CME certificates, please
contact the staff at the registration counter.
From 27 June 2017 on, you can also print your CME cer-
