Registration Fee for ESP Members, Non-Members, Residents and PhD students includes: e Admission to all scientific sessions e Admission to Opening Ceremony and Networking Reception e Admission to poster exhibition and technical exhibition e Coffee breaks and lunches from Sunday to Wednesday e Congress material (delegate bag, final programme, abstract book USB drive, etc.) e Public transportation pass Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes: e Admission to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception e Half-day city sightseeing tour of Nice Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions, the poster exhibition and the technical exhibition. e Public transportation pass Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive a delegate bag and an abstract USB drive. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first- served basis; priority will be given to pre-registered delegates. e CONFIRMATION Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material. e PAYMENT When registering for the 31 st European Congress of Pathol- ogy, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All pay- ments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. If you are not a member yet, you need to apply for membership first, and once you have received your ESP membership confirmation, you can register at the member fee. ** For residents/PhD students under 40 (i.e. born after 6 September 1979 – to be proven by ID card/passport). The resident/student status must be confirmed by a formal declaration from the head of department or the responsible for the training programme/a valid student ID card or confirmation of enrolment. All documents need to be uploaded during the registration process.
