178 ECP 2019 · Nice Congress Information e Insurance / Liability The ESP does not accept any liability for da- mages and / or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the congress participants or by any person accompanying them, during either the official activities or excursions. Delegates participate in all tours / events at their own risk. Participants are advised to take out insurance against loss, accidents or damage that could be incurred during the congress. e How to get from the City Centre to the Convention Centre By tram The Nice tram line T1 stops right in front of the Nice Acropolis Convention Centre (stop: Acropolis). By bus The bus stop closest to the Nice Acropolis Convention Centre is Acropolis/Barla - ser- ved by lines 03, 04, 27, 82 and 89. The stop is very close to the main entrance of the Nice Acropolis Convention Centre. Taxis A taxi rank is located directly to the left of the main entrance to the Acropolis Conven- tion Center. Please note that not all taxis accept credit cards, be sure to ask the driver before boar- ding a vehicle. Be aware if you book in advance the cab will start charging from wherever it is when the call comes in, so by the time it arrives to pick you up you could already have a hefty charge on the meter. There is now a fixed rate of € 32 from the airport to Nice center including luggage (except if very large luggage). In order to benefit from this rate, be sure to check with the driver before getting in.
