Registration Fee for ESP Members, Non-Members and Residents includes: e Admission to all scientific sessions e Admission to Opening Ceremony and Networking Reception e Admission to poster exhibition and technical exhibition e Coffee breaks and lunches from Sunday to Wednesday e Congress material (delegate bag, final programme, abstract book, etc.) e Public transportation pass for trams Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes: e Admission to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception e Half day city sightseeing tour of Bilbao Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions, the poster exhibition and the technical exhibition. e Public transportation pass for trams Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive a delegate bag and abstract docu- ment. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first- served basis; priority will be given to pre-registered delegates. e CONFIRMATION Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material. e PAYMENT When registering for the 30 th European Congress of Pathol- ogy, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All pay- ments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. A full refund (minus an administrative charge of EUR 100,00) will be given for cancellations received by 24 May 2018 . After 24 May 2018, no refunds will be given. If you are not a member yet, you need to apply for membership first and once you have received your ESP membership confirmation, you can register at the member fee. ** For residents/PhD students under 40 (i.e. born after 7 September 1978 – to be proven by ID card/passport). The resident/student status must be confirmed by a formal declaration from the Head of Department or the responsible for the training programme/a valid student ID card or confirmation of enrolment. All documents need to be uploaded during the registration process.
