The poster size is 120 cm high and 90 cm wide (portrait format). Poster authors are requested to use the adhesive material provided by the con- gress staff only. AWARDS Young Scientists' Awards Young Scientist's Sessions aim at encouraging young scientists to attend this interdisciplinary congress in the field of ADHD. The Scientific Committee has selected eight abstracts out of the submitted applications. The authors were invited to give a presentation as part of our two Young Scientists‘ Sessions. The sessions will be chaired by recognized experts for the featured topic. Speakers are requested to show a copy of their ID to prove, they are younger than 35 years of age. The winners will receive a young scientist award of EUR 500 each. Poster Awards Each chair of a poster tour chooses the best poster of the re- spective tour. These posters are displayed in the exhibition area in Hall 4, indicated by a banner. Among those, the Poster Com- mittee will select six winners. The authors of the six best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony, with a certificate and a prize money of 500 Euro SPEAKERS CENTRE The Speakers Centre is located on the 1 st floor in Room 1.14 & 1.09. Speakers are asked to hand in their CD ROM or USB stick, containing the PowerPoint preferably one day before their presentation but at the latest 90 minutes prior to the presen- tation. The presentation will be transferred to the central con- gress server and will be available afterwards on a special con- gress notebook in the hall of the presentation. Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own notebook. Several PC working stations are provided in the speakers’ centre where speakers can also work on their charts in a quiet area. The restaurant at the first floor offers set lunch on own expense in a quiet and nice atmosphere. COFFEE BREAKS Coffee and tea are served during the designated coffee breaks, free of charge to all registered participants within the exhibition area. CLOAKROOM A cloakroom is available in Foyer C next to the registration counter. You can also store your luggage there free of charge. BANK An ATM machine is located within Foyer C. CURRENCY The official currency is the EURO. Exchange of foreign currency is available at Lisbon airport and at most hotels, banks and exchange offices throughout the city. ELECTRICITY The local voltage is 230 V with F plugs. A voltage converter and plug adapter is needed for US and UK appliances. buddies The Conference
